Web Developer: Build the base for CoCubes to succeed!!
We could make a long checklist but simply put, we are looking for extremely smart, passionate and hardworking core team members who have prior experience in web programming (preferably in ASP.NET and AJAX)
Designer: be our handsome online face for everyone!!
Someone with strong creative skills and 2-3+ years of experience in software product/portal/GUI design. At Co-Cubes you will spearhead the design for our new products and features. Your role includes working collaboratively with our engineering and marketing team to develop strong campaigns using your expertise in visual communication. You should have strong hands-on experience with Photoshop/Flash and understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS is preferred. This would be a lead role with lots of space for creativity and doing a wide range of work!
Corporate Sales: Getting more company business!!
We are building our core sales team (4 – 8 years of sales experience) to bring onboard the top 100 Indian firms which recruit from campuses across sectors. At this growth stage we are looking for the person who can person who can meet VP/Head – HR/ Campus Recruitment Head of Tier 1 firms and find out ways of engagement, bring back feedback to improve our strategy and work with the team to quickly iterate and go back to the market with an improved offering. Ideal attributes would include prior experience in developing high-quality client relationships (recruitment ones preferred), exceeding sales quotas and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Given that we are the first ones to have identified this market need, this is a very challenging role with equally high rewards including ESOPs
College Sales: Getting 17000+ colleges signed up (graduate, MBA, engineering and others)!!
CoCubes has worked with more than 200 colleges in the last 1 year and there is a long way to go. We are looking to hire professionals who can help in getting more and more colleges onboard our CoCubes community by signing MOU s and paying an annual fees. Also a senior person to build and handle a pan India team of colleges sales professionals. A typical client profile would be TPO, Director or the Chairman of the group. We intend to build the largest reach in colleges in India and this would be an immense opportunity for someone who has the patience, energy and optimism to close colleges.
Operations: Managing these 17000+ colleges!!
At CoCubes we have used technology to take away manual work and introduced a level of efficiency unknown in campus recruitment before. Everyday our operations team wakes up in Gurgaon to get a college 1000km away online using technology to communicate with 400 students and the training and placement officer. Also making sure they know what we are about and getting them to fill resumes and come online. We are looking for someone who can translate a 100 intern requirement from a company into an operational plan coordinating between company, college, students and the internal team to make the right business and operational decisions. As we scale up it would be critical to set the right processes in place, follow them and occasionally know when to break them. The KRA would be setting right processes to reduce internal cost for CoCubes, execute on requirements and keep our clients happy. We are looking for someone who can do this for a large number of colleges/corporate and a person with a campus recruitment background is preferred.
Engagement: Keeping students engaged!!
CoCubes currently has students from >50 degrees and more than 200 branches spread across India in Tier II-III cities. For all of them in their final and pre-final year, the most important choice is about their career and they need content to make that choice and to prepare for the choice they have made. We are looking for someone experienced (3+ years works for us) and passionate to lead a small team, slice and dice content available across Internet, suggest content we should built and finally prioritize the same for these students. The role includes interacting with corporate clients and third parties (Assessment firms, training firms) to incorporate the content they have for students and build a section on CoCubes.com. This should lead to more and more page views for CoCubes.com and being known as the place to look up to for the right advice, good content and fun (college festivals across India) for students. We think that an engineer with an MBA might be able to sense what the students want better but even if you are without those degrees, we are willing to change our perspective!!
