MashON is looking for a Senior Flash Developer. As we extend our software platform and add to the hardware infrastructure, the Senior Flash Developer’s responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining our Enterprise Grade Flash applications.

• Developing sophisticated ActionScript (3) and client-side development for consumer facing internet applications.

• Substantial Contribution to architecture design and direction of the applications

• Developing and maintaining coding standards to achieve efficiency in maintenance and portability.

• Working with development and integration creative resources to bring applications from wireframe to integration implementation.

• Monitoring and assessing the ActionScript code written by other team developers.

• Maintaining a good understanding of business objectives and be able to translate them into technical design and implementation.

PLEASE NOTE, Due to the nature of our platform, our development cycles are more in line with traditional enterprise application development processes than most flash applications development which tends to focus on smaller discreet applications and timeframes. Requirements
• Creating and maintaining Flex/Flash applications and components

• Object Oriented Software Design
• Implementing client-server communication

• Achieving a good understanding of business objectives and translating them into technical design and implementation.

• Developing and maintaining standards to achieve efficiency in maintenance and portability.

• Flash/Flex/Actionscript 3.0 with Webservices and Remoting

• Flash Authoring Tool, AS 2.0, AS 3.0

• Flash Animation.

• Clear communication and ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment

• Intimate knowledge of Flash CS4 possibilities and related technologies

• Mac environment proficiency

• SQL, PHP, JavaScript, JAVA, Frontend/Backend, HTML/CSS, FMS, Linux, Photoshop are a plus.

Portfolio must reflect varied client projects to demonstrate variability in work.
