TTR is a leading provider of furnished corporate apartments at Cityplace Toronto. Our tenants include professionals and executives from companies such as IBM, General Motors, Canadian Tire, Citibank, Scotiabank, AEG Live, University of Ottawa as well as international guests and entrepreneurs.

We have a requirement for a web developer to assist with the re-development of our website. This is a contract role and the opportunity exists for a 2-3 week engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Leverage existing graphic design assets and code
* Work with designer to integrate graphic elements into simplified navigational architecture
* Improve site with HTML, and other code or tags for SEO/SEM management using IBP software
* Adherence to graphic design standards
* Develop and Staging site and Publish and update website as necessary
* Work with purchased domains and drive those feeder domains to top ranked positions within category
* Additional responsibilities to support CEO and marketing function

Requirements:
* 5-8 years HTML coding, web development experience with a strong attention to succinct code structure, tools and methodology
* 5+ years ad agency experience with a major agency
* Certificate or Diploma in computer science and web development, Microsoft certified preferred
* 5-10 years work experience, preferably in real estate
* Independent worker, skilled and have software tools (Adobe Dreamweaver, MS or alternative).
* Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
* Trustworthy, strong work ethic, dependable, honest
* Intelligent, bright, and quick thinker
* Good understanding of design, and development best practices methodology from design through deployment.

Compensation:
* Depends on experience;
* Project fee and performance bonus available as an alternative
* Project is broken into several components:
- Design, copywriting, flash animation, web development, SEO, and maintenance.
